“Mercer was the only school I applied to, and the first time I visited, I stepped on campus and I fell in love with it.”
Originally, Desirrae decided to be a Molecular Biology major on the pre-medical track, but that soon changed. She was every major; she was every pre-professional track. She went through basically everything. Desirrae fell in love with Journalism. No matter where journalism takes Desirrae, she will always have roots in Georgia because she is a true Southern girl.
